Are there any good sites that rank these races by polling and funding, so we can see where the most promising opportunities are?

There's not really polling in any of these districts—you have to ply local politicos with beer or pancakes to get a sense of them. Raw funding numbers are on the FEC site, but that doesn't show you whether the money will be spent effectively. So, it's hard to quantify this
