almost nobody lives year round in an RV, they're luxury items, but it's v popular to buy a spot at a southern/coastal park for snowbirding

so we have an RV and live in the countryside (where even lower socioec. people have old trailers), here's what i've found:

1. most RV parks look pretty downmarket, even if they are $$. 2. they're often "nowhere" 3. few (but some) ppl live f/t bc RVs < trailers

only way to be sure it's a FT resident is if the trailer doesn't look like it can move. even poor part-timers buy spots, have gazebos etc

there are review sites specifically for RV parks so if you want to investigate a specific one, you can! people often complain about FTers
