I don’t want Miami bailing me out when San Francisco gets hit by a quake, and I’m also not eager to pay to rebuild Miami
health insurance doesn’t cover reckless endangerment, nor should it. A lot of development in the coastal south is just irresponsible

It is certainly partially true. But I don't think "I'm not helping you when you need me" is an attitude I want Americans to have.
