they are amazing, and the scenarios they run are amazing. I just think their skill blinds them to the importance of unknown unknowns

Google are one of the companies distributed enough (in ppl & tech) that I think they might pull it off.

Lots of smaller but no less critical companies with at most three offices have a "what, me worry?" attitude that I find troubling.
