Medium’s unique article hashes really screw with bookmarking and I end up saving the same article multiple times to @Pinboard

Chrome on my Mac with Pinput (it has a handy feature to show me stuff I’ve already saved).

The hash confuses me. I even tried stripping it out manually, but that actually breaks the link.
