Anyone ever email @Pinboard for support? How many days did they (he?) take to get back to you?
@briandigital in your case, the problem is search on very common strings times out. I can't debug it until I have a block of time

@Pinboard thx. Having worked support in the past, I find setting expectations (for example, via auto-responder) is helpful. -
@briandigital I personally hate auto-responder. I'm trying to get better about immediately replying even if I can't help right away
