Something I learned recently is that in parts of the US, the main brake on the real estate bubble is the fact that title companies are backed up and it now takes four months or more to close a sale. Does anyone know more about this, anecdotally or real fancy-like with data?

It's true in my neck of the woods, but we live in a big country, hence the tweet asking about it.
