So you worry Republicans can win even without malapportionment, but when confronted with evidence that they've only won one race without it in 20 years your response is "yeah because of malapportionment!" Do I have that right?

My response is that the rules of the game dictate how you campaign, so you can't point to raw popular vote numbers and say they would be the same if the rules were different.
