Off the top of my head: - The Chongzhen version of 金瓶梅, with commentary; - The Jin Shengtan edition of 水滸傳, also with commentary.

There are translations (some quite good) of other versions of these novels, but these are the versions that people actually read until the 20th century. These novels, and the critical commentary on those novels, shaped the way fiction was read and written afterwards.
