France gets an itemized list of their tax dollars. I would love that if it went to stuff like education and healthcare.

Someone should make a page (for the US) where you enter in the amount of tax you paid and it shows you how much went to each category. Seeing actual numbers instead of % would help people really get it.

Plenty of working people in the last two decades went to shitty for-profit schools and are saddled with debts which, while objectively not huge, are far beyond their ability to repay.
