But there isn’t any tampering. The issue is not tampering or it’s possibility - it isn’t happening, it isn’t likely - the issue is the accusations of illegitimacy. There’s no electoral reform that can prevent accusations. Reform politics and politicians before you limit voting

By granting the “this appears suspicious, let’s make a change” you reward the accusation. The accusations won’t stop because you caved, they will increase.
