For comparison, shall we consider the attempt of Russia to transition from authoritarianism to capitalism? That was similarly radical: a sharp break with the past, instead of a continuous transition. Such breaks create massive weaknesses for monsters to exploit, every time.

Also the fact that you have to quibble over exact definitions of socialism and communism, rather than any defence of the shitshow that capitalism is and always has been kinda demonstrates conclusively that you know deep down that capitalism is indefensible.
