I'm not opposed to accountability, but I am absolutely for moving on politically, as a matter of necessity. As for the BLM argument, I agree. But remember that a woman was shot and killed by police at this protest! Imagine the outrage if that had happened in your scenario

Babbitt wasn't shot for being at a protest. She was breaking through a door a few feet away from the House floor. The USCP officer fired 1 shot after repeatedly warning her to stop. In your BLM analogy, the entire group with her would've been gunned down. They are not equivalent.
