Out of curiousity, what would you say is the most optimistic timeline for how quickly the rest of the world could ramp up production? The most pessimistic?

Intel has tried to match TSMC for years and has had massive issue with shrinking down to 7nm, so it isn't just a matter of money, it's knowledge that is tightly guarded Also this is just for the super cutting edge <7nm, I am pretty sure the world could ramp up older processes
