Heh, sorry, I'm was triggered by previous version of this interaction with other people that were for real. But yeah, my stance is that being an employee is a precondition for employee collective action, so taking a massive severance package is just not organizing in my eyes.

No worries. I appreciate you explaining where you're coming from. I view the resignation as the last act of the employee, but grant of course that it makes further collective action a lot less likely.
