Thanks for answering. I’ve seen your interp as evaporative cooling of “activists” boiling away on frenzy. I immediately pattern match the reverse — long-seated toxic pressure cooker, now with the last vent plugged up. I feel like our life experiences shape the pattern match.

I agree that a lot of the story we are all opining about must depend on what it's actually been like to work there. Toxic management plugging up last vent / woke subgroup making life insufferable for silent majority / everyone bonkers from remote work/ pick your own narrative
