Yes, with an addendum: Feed ordering via ML is content moderation. "You might like" is content moderation. "What's happening" is content moderation. Also, as a German: Some content moderation is good.

In my experience working with a team of forum mods, at least 96% of content moderation is pulling spam. 1% is about gross stuff that no-one, regardless of politics, wants to see. 2% is people calling each other fuckwits and assholes...
