I feel incredibly left out here. I don’t recall seeing an email asking for more money, therefore have not had the opportunity to answer with threats and insults. Does 190 bookmarks and having paid around $9.36 not matter to you?

It does! But I can only email in batches so that I don't get banned by gmail, and I'm going in descending order of bookmarks. I'm also doing it in batches so I have time to reply to people. You'll hear me rattling my tin cup at your door soon enough!
