With the Wall Street Journal, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. The only way to unsubscribe (by design) was by voice call, and there was never an agent available.

The thing where publications cry to the heavens about needing to get paid, and then serve you malware through the ads and make it impossible to unsubscribe, is getting old.
