I have spent all weekend covered head-to-toe and at all times in a very visible layer of flour and this is my reward and it was all worth it.

I was ambivalent about whether it was worth it until I stuffed it with fried chicken and now it is clearly worth it.

Two things I would do differently: throw it into the freezer more often, be more mindful about keeping the counter dusted. I would like to smooth out my butter block more though.

My post-mortem is I think I overworked the dough this time. Either that or I screwed up the yeast measurements because I had to eyeball it
