I have collaborated with many, and lead engineering teams over the years: difficult employees or situations have never been easy. The practices that we rolled out for Diversity and Inclusion turn out to be ideal to repair, address and create better working conditions for all.

I believe that a respectful, calm, inclusive and welcoming organization can bring the best in contributors and can deliver better products that companies with a narrower vision. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Build the right muscles and lay the proper foundations.
