People want Zuckerberg, who gave himself far more power than he can handle, to either do his job or delegate to people who can. This seems like a completely reasonable demand, especially in countries outside the U.S. where Facebook has great power but barely pays attention

A non-collapsing pyramid is a clear and unambiguous goal. Content-moderation is intrinsically full of hard cases and would either be woefully inadequate or result in abuses if done by saints.

I'm not saying your position is obviously wrong, but you have to accept that the more moderation they do, the more they will end up censoring people you think they shouldn't. It's reliably happened to every platform that does any kind of moderation.
