Is there an up to date meth vs. opioids map somewhere of the United States?
That's another thing I wonder about, the overlap. But even just knowing where meth was still very prevalent would help

I could be wrong but I always thought the rural folks started on meth and only switched to opioids when their supply of meth or money ran out. Then once you've switched, you're stuck.
