I don't know the figures for other states, because they won't report until the end of month, but in Florida, Democrats in state races are still outspent by something like 3:1, even though the state house (and with it Medicaid expansion and voting rights for ex-felons) are in play

One reform I’d like to see is local providers ( cable/satellite/streaming/etc) be required to air X minutes a month of each candidate’s ads for free starting 2-3 months before election. The Feds can give them a small tax break or something. Or something similar
