Any tips for minimizing the extra mail (postal and email) and phone calls when giving money to State Slate candidates? I don't want to give false information (that seems wrong and might be illegal?) but I also don't want extra mail; it's a waste of their money and my time

My only advice is to remember you do not need to give a real email address (and the form should have a popup allowing you to opt out). As for physical mail, treat it as a sacrifice. If I knew the campaigns better I could ask them to not send it (like I do with our House ones)

I wonder how many Democrats (non-candidates) have raised as much money as you have now and in 2018, particularly from strangers and first-time substantial donors. 50? 100? Maybe even fewer in the niche of state legislative races. I suspect you're in a very elite group.

State Slate is busted? Great Slate went through fine but on two attempts State Slate only donated to a single candidate. Obv ActBlue but thought you’d want to know.pic.twitter.com/o0E9Bp2F6f

The Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee raised $5.8 million in the 2nd quarter. You raised a significant fraction of that all by yourself.https://www.governing.com/now/All-Politics-Is-National-Especially-When-All-Campaigns-Are-Online.html …

If you made a book about the candidates you've backed, would that be a StateSlateCodex? Asking for a friend.
