So a question for Pinboard users especially. How big should I let an archiving account (or a regular account, for that matter) get before I start to cut people off? I'm talking in terms of bookmarks and terabytes stored. What's a generous allowance for both in your eyes?

Why is a bookmark so heavy?! Isn't it all but a URL and a tag or two?

These are archived bookmarks I'm referring to, so 20 font files and 940 copies of jQuery

Can you add a storage add-on above some tier? Give them a reasonable amount of storage for their plan and charge for anything above that at close to cost?
-
Yeah, that's an idea I've been turning over in my head

I know there are several ‘models’ of Pinboard users, but as someone who’s been around since the ~beginning I have 3k bookmarks/5G disk. If you are talking ‘TB stored’ as an upper bound it seems like ANY number of terabytes would be plenty. How big/long are the extremes?
