I have an account that was permanently suspended (seller account was suspended, same login for AWS). To this day, 2+ years later, I get an email each month telling me my estimated bill has exceeded $0.01. I don't get an actual bill. Sometimes the email says $0.02.

it's probably a storage volume associated with an EC2 instance. you create the instance, assign storage to the instance, later terminate the instance but the storage volume persists, forever racking up charges in some section of the dashboard you never navigate to

I once (foolishly) paid for support on AWS then looked at their billing projection and freaked out, turned out their tool sees they charged you the annual support fee on day 1 and projects that it's going to charge you every day, until they have it all

Sounds like you accidentally signed up for that free trial of AWS Prime.
