I've pretty much had it with @Datacate_Status. I drove 700 miles to upgrade hardware, confirmed in advance that I'd have cabinet access, but learn on arrival no one there has a key. Their on-site tech, not wearing a mask, hands me his warm, damp phone to talk to a supervisor.

@henet has been (almost) rock solid for us at@discourse -- there were a handful of tiny switch interruptions at times but nothing that'd make a major dent in "all the nines" uptime -
The top of your heads would explode and a full blown carusel emerge if I told you the exorbitant prices one has to pay over here on Greece for (crappy) collocation . Granted I'm two years since last attempt but merely reading your post made me twitch with rage.
