It's perfectly relevant. AOC is in no position to play nice when she's this far out ahead of the rest of the pack. If she's not absolutely crushing the living fuck out of her own campaigns that is something that will be aggressively used against her.
I agree completely that getting Americans nationally to give your campaign millions of dollars that you can keep for future use is a show of support and strength. It's the spending part of the equation that I disagree with you on

It's just come across as an awkward attack on a progressive politician, in the aftermath of a larger campaign where trying to live up to progressive values as a selling point did not in fact seem to particularly help out at the end of the day. The point about facebook is legit.
