What this means in human language is this: three of our house races have over a million bucks in the bank four months from the election, which gives them a lot of strategic latitude. Two of our candidates are up against inexperienced challengers with little fundraising capacity.

The point of the exercise is that all four of those states have a highly competitive Senate race, and having the House candidate in the most competitive part of their statewide race adequately funded is going to make a difference in winning the Senate races.
