Right, the rise in cases tracks increases in testing, and the outbreaks that happen are concentrated to an unusual degree in places like meatpacking plants and nursing homes. But there's no arguing with fear.

I looked at both new tests/day and positivity rate and they’re both noisy. But I couldn’t eyeball the obvious correlation
