Except that every official in MN is confirming overwhelmingly that crimes are being committed by people coming from outside. 80% of arrests, per the Gov. Are they "Russians" or whatever? Highly unlikely. But the point stands that this is *not* HK.

Yes and the officials in MN also tell us that they couldn't identify the CNN crew they arrested as press. Sometimes public officials lie.
