Britain + USA have watched Russia carve out entire pieces of Ukraine despite they signed the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances in 1994. They are here to make money, not stand up against dictators. (For Crimea they should've refused entry to all Russian passport holders.)

Alas, 'Britain' is pretty much just a coat of arms on a grey old lady's teapot at this point. Greedy fake money rules now (with interest)
