In Tsukuba we were open like 1 day IIRC. And no ceremony, just come in take attendance, pick up texts, instructions on where to get information, and out before noon.
That turned out to be a good idea, maybe—we had a spate of cases in early April. For a while almost all the officially reported cases in Ibaraki were in Tsukuba. Weirdly none reported at the U.
