1. Not as much intl travel. 2 Poor ones under reporting. You think those considered less than in India that are found dead are being properly documented??

It’s not that. Accounting for deaths and accurately stating a cause takes resources, systems and infrastructure, a lot of resources these countries mostly don’t have. Or a lack of trust makes it hard to report cases, as it is in my country, Venezuela.

You don't need to account for deaths to know they're happening. I live in NYC...people I know have died, people I know know LOTS of people who died. I ask my mother and stepfather in Romania if they know anybody who died, or know OF anybody who died...nope.

I’m sure that happens in India as well. Here there are many free or church sponsored hospitals who don’t have the resources to test the dead and neither does the government. Also the want to project a good management of the crisis and I’m telling you, they’re lying.
