If you write an article about how Sweden or Belarus or Florida is going to be carpeted with bodies because they didn't follow social distancing rules, and then it doesn't happen, please have the courtesy to write a follow-up about how it's curious that those forecasts were wrong

Afaik, Swedes are doing a lot of social distancing by their own choice (and as recommended but not mandated). And also maybe they got the care home situation in control.

To me that actually doesn’t seem any worse than countries that are doing lockdown. But, even though Sweden is not imposing one, I think there is enough evidence to see that people are tending to change their behaviour regardless which could be making a difference.
