Moreover, there's no such thing as 'reaching the point of exponential growth.' You're either growing exponentially or you're not. What looks like an inflection point in exponential curves is just a matter of how you choose to plot them.

I thought Philippines has some significant restrictions, including strict home lockdowns and bans on domestic travel. That's not unaggressive. I agree that the incuriosity about what other countries have done is stunning.
