People in New York City are getting coronavirus just sittng and self-isolating at home. 66% of hospital admissions fit that profile. Meanwhile, Japan seems to be turning the corner with very little intervention. Before they set up the hotels they put them in hospitals away from their families, shorely? So kind of a similar policy, probably with similar effect on spreading covid19 as using hotels, but a worse effect on hospital capacity
