There's no evidence that people can get sick at this range outdoors. You would have measles-like spread in that case.
Lol. What? I’m a photographer. The lens doesn’t change the distance between people or does it add more people. Sheesh.
It compresses foreground and background. You are a photographer so you know this.
Good social distancing is not going to a beach or any other place where people congregate and thus risk of spread increases. Go for walks by all means, anywhere it's easy to give people a wide berth. Don't go to the beach. And don't encourage irresponsible behaviour.
