Dear air travel Twitter: a few months ago, I bought the most expensive plane ticket of my life, a $5,271 round trip business class ticket for my mom to Japan. @CathayPacific cancelled the return leg but is refusing to refund more than $276 of the amount. Do I have any redress?

You have generally have between 3-6 months from when the services were supposed to be provided or when they were cancelled to lodge a charge back. So many people are missing out because of they think it's from the initial transaction.
