Yeah biden won fair and square. Doesn't change that a lot of people feel disenfranchised by the situation. The choice now is down to donald trump or a conservative

A lot of Bernie Stans had a big lecture for Warren supporters about how they should get over it and vote for him when it was clear she couldn't win by the numbers. Take that lecture, and deliver it to yourself and your friends.

lol not going to happen. I cannot support these people who believe "not being donald trump" is a progressive position

Not being Donald Trump is not a progressive position. It is, apparently, the position of being sane or not screwing up our civilization. So if I can't get a progressive, I'll get someone who's not going to kill my grandmother to get a thousand points back on the stock market.

I will not be forced to choose between donald trump and someone who believes healthcare is optional. if biden wants my vote he has to earn it.

Great: then you chose Trump. The US election system says you get two choices. You can vote for another candidate. If you live in a Blue State: Go nuts. But if you don't vote for the Democratic candidate, your purity test will give us four more years of the American Nero.

Didn't say it was a good choice. Didn't say stack ranking candidates was spiritually uplifting. Didn't even say not to vote for Sanders if you are in another primary. But when Biden wins, *not* voting for him is enabling Trump. That may suck, but it is the world as it exists.

the "either you're with us or you're with the terrorists" argument is not good. I'm not going to be guilted into voting for a bad candidate. like I said, biden can earn my vote but he has shown absolutely no desire to do that

It's a perfectly valid argument. Either you're for Trump, or you're against him.

that's ridiculous. that framing implies that we have no other option but to accept the alternative. I will only accept a candidate who represents me, and I will use the leverage of my vote to demand that
