Found the answer: " This doesn’t mean that the absolute number of young voters fell in each of these states; it may well have increased. Rather, this data shows that any rise in youth turnout was outpaced by an even faster rise in turnout by other age groups. "

As others have pointed out, this doesn’t tell us much about young voter turnout. After Florida’s election I’ll be able to share some solid numbers. (Glory be to public records)
