Recognizing that it's a crappy night for people who worked hard for Bernie, my condolences and sympathy to you all, in place of the usual teasing. Bad election nights suck, especially when you've put in so much work.

Please recognize that even if Sanders loses this primary, you can keep fighting for the agenda you believe in by supporting candidates for Congress. A Senate majority under a Democratic president will be our first chance in 12 years for substantive change.

We can also hold out for a good VP pick by Biden, who would be 78 at the start of his term. It's unfortunate that Sanders is too old for a joint ticket to be politically realistic, but Biden can still extend an olive branch to the progressive wing of the party.

No, I mean it more that Biden's VP might serve a significant role in a Biden administration, along the lines of Biden's own relationship with Obama.
