I think it's a combination - several pillars of the
#staythefuckhome manifesto embraced by government and working pretty well, combined with shitty testing. Maybe helped that the govt got to practice on the cruise ship, screwed it up and acted to avoid more reputational damage.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Everyone in Japan already does a really good job of protecting everyone around them by putting on a mask at the first sign of any cold. They're also really good at washing hands and sanitizing surfaces.
