Very sad that so many Democrats base their votes on their perceptions of electability, which most of them got incredibly wrong in 2016 and is ultimately unknowable. The media is largely to blame.

That could be true. But it’s also possible that a DNC tipped heavily against a non-establishment candidate might scare or cajole many voters into picking a candidate preferred by the establishment.
