I think of running for Congress in America like Formula 1 racing. Most people who do it have the backing of giant sponsors and a dedicated professional team that specializes in the sport. But every once in a while, you will find a gifted outsider who built their own race car!

What happens when such a person, against all odds, discovers an aptitude for driving and does all the work to put themselves on the track in a position to compete? We make them stay on the phone as they drive, begging wealthy strangers for fuel.
