I have an honest question for my pro-Bernie followers, to help my understanding. Assuming a bare Senate majority (50-50) and control of the House, what would be the practical difference between having a President Klobuchar or Biden and a President Sanders in office in 2021?

Debating the scope and net effect of the Overton window is fine, but the only occultism here is wishing it away.

I think the window is relevant with respect to M4A conversations. We've seen it shift dramatically in last 5 years; a Sanders presidency means a continuation of that shift, which is how M4A happens. I don't think it happens in 2021, but 1/2
