Legal twitter, what consequences face the women who signed NDAs with Bloomberg if they were to violate them? Is this a question of fines (solvable with fundraising), or more serious legal jeopardy?

I don’t know how broad the definition of “campaign contribution” can get under US law (I am in BC) but my impression is that legal fees/settlement payments incurred by a third party on a breach of contract are a little too remote to count

Cohen’s payment to Daniels (to sign an NDA) was a campaign contribution. Is compensation for breach of and NDA so different? Does Steyer seem like a gambler willing to find out? (ignoring possible tort of interferrence)
