Legal twitter, what consequences face the women who signed NDAs with Bloomberg if they were to violate them? Is this a question of fines (solvable with fundraising), or more serious legal jeopardy?

Wouldn’t the contribution effectively be to himself (his campaign)? If so, that’s free speech, American style
-
No, it would be money given to Bloomberg by Steyer via a proxy.

Is this a serious question, sometimes it’s hard to tell when you’ve given up seriousness to dive back into the warm embrace of absurdity
-
It's a serious question. We are all deep in the arms of the absurd now, but we have one billionaire running who has terrifically damaging information under NDA, and a rival billionaire running who could pay off damage claims for the person breaking that NDA.

Not likely as it wouldn’t incur a benefit to his (Bloomberg’s campaign).

But this would not be encouraging any kind of lawsuit, right? It would be a pledge of financial support in the event of litigation following a breach of contract.
