Legal twitter, what consequences face the women who signed NDAs with Bloomberg if they were to violate them? Is this a question of fines (solvable with fundraising), or more serious legal jeopardy?

Follow up question: in this scenario, would Steyer paying off the NDA breaking penalties for the women Bloomberg has paid to keep quiet constitute a campaign contribution?

IANAL but this sounds like tortious interference, and the third party or parties could be directly liable for damages as well. Also I should mention that I am not a lawyer.
